Apparently, Resistance Literature is more correlated with the science of history than other literary genres; because we have to study history and its reflection upon the realm of literature for understanding the issues and subject matters of Resistance Literature. Referring to the essence of resistance has permanently been existed in Iranian culture. The south territory has also been subject to invasion in different domains by the foreigners such as the Portuguese, the British, and the Dutch. In the meantime, Mirmohanna Vaghaei is one of the resistance models, who has been undermined due to unreliable analyses made by some Western historians, including the Dutch William Floor in terms of his character as a national fighter; nonetheless, Khorshid Faqih, the author from Boushehr, has resolved all of the ambiguities raised by Floor and other historians utilizing sound historical documents, publishing <em>Rig Port in fight against Colonialism. </em>Therefore, in order to resolve the ambiguities regarding Mohanna's character; in the first place, we analyze Mohanna's character from the perspective of both authors employing an analytic-descriptive method, therefore, due to the consequent results, present him as the resistance icon of south territory.<br /><strong> </strong> ادبیات پایداری، گونه‌ای از انواع ادبیات است که در طول تاریخ، نقش مؤثری در بیان و القای مفاهیم مقاومتی ایفا نموده است. واضح است که ادبیات پایداری بیشتر از سایر گونه‌های ادبی با علم تاریخ در ارتباط است؛ زیرا برای فهم مسائل و موضوعات آن‌، ناگزیر به مطالعه تاریخ و بازتاب آن در بستر ادبیات خواهیم‌ بود. اشاره به جوهرۀ پایداری همواره در فرهنگ ایرانی وجود داشته‌است. خطۀ جنوب نیز در عرصه‌های مختلف مورد تهاجم بیگانگان ازجمله پرتغالی‌ها، انگلیسی‌ها و هلندی‌ها بوده است. در این میان <em>میرمهنّا وغایی</em> یکی از الگوهای پایداری است که با تحلیل‌های غیرقابل استناد توسط برخی مورخان غربی، ازجمله ویلیام‌ فلور هلندی، درباره شخصیت او به‌عنوان مبارز ملّی، جفا شده است، امّا در این میان خورشید فقیه، نویسندۀ بوشهری با انتشار کتاب «بندر ریگ در مبارزه با استعمار» تمامی ابهامات مطرح شدة فلور و دیگر مورخان را، با اسناد تاریخی متقن، رفع نموده‌است. در این مقاله جهت رفعِ شبهاتِ پیرامون شخصیت میرمهنّا، با روش تحلیلی- توصیفی، شخصیت میرمهنّا از منظر هر دو نویسنده بررسی شده است. بنابر نتایج حاصل شده میرمهنّا وغایی برخلاف تمامی شبهه‌افکنی‌های غربی‌ها با توجه به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بسیاری که در حوزه ادبیات پایداری داراست به‌عنوان قهرمانی مبارز که دو جزیرۀ خارک و خارگو را برای همیشه از تصرف هلندی‌ها درآورده، به‌عنوان چهره پایداری خطه جنوب معرفی می‌شود. https://rl.shahed.ac.ir/article_3282_355db82706445cc6f8c833fe205f6049.pdf
