They have a bloody and destructive nature. If it is the only poetry of war, it has little to do with mystical mysticism. Mysticism does not align well with the violent and cruel nature of war. The emergence of each of them is related to a specific spirit - and also different - mysticism is more suited to a soft and calm temperament, while war is associated with violent and oppressive behavior. In the poetry of war, a blessed and useful connection is formed between the two realms of mysticism and war, which, ironically, also influences the outcome of war. Studies show that war poets express the emotions and experiences of warriors, martyrs, freedmen, missing, wounded, and martyrs. They also depict their status and position as they navigate through the seven valleys of their journey. By doing so, they guide warriors to adopt the roles of seekers and mystics. Mystics and seekers have unique states and authorities that differ from those of their predecessors. Their mystical method is very efficient, intensive, and dynamic. جنگ‌ها، حوادثی سهمگین، خشن، بی‌رحم، مهلک و مخرب‌اند. ذاتی خون‌ریز، ویران‌ساز و نابودگر دارند. شعر جنگ، اگر تنها و فقط شعر جنگ باشد ربط چندانی به عرفان و آموزه‌های عرفانی پیدا نمی‌کند. عرفان و آموزه‌های عرفانی هم با ذات خشن و بی‌رحم جنگ، تناسب چندانی ندارد. بروز و ظهور هر یک از آن‌ها به روحیه‌ای خاص- متفاوت- مربوط می‌شود، عرفان با خلق‌وخویی نرم و آرام و جنگ با رفتاری خشن و ستیهنده، تناسب بیشتری دارند. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش تحلیلی-توصیفی در شناخت پیوند میان عرفان و شعر جنگ، در شعر دفاع مقدس، میان دو حوزة عرفان و جنگ- به‌رغم تفاوت‌هایشان- پیوندی خجسته و سودمند شکل می‌گیرد که ازقضا در سرنوشت جنگ نیز نقش مهمی ایفاء می‌کند. شاعران دفاع مقدس در جنگ سروده‌های خود با بیان حالات و مقامات رزمندگان، شهدا، آزادگان، مفقودین، مجروحین و ایثارگران از سویی و از سویی دیگر، با بیان درجه و مرتبه آن‌ها در طی کردن هفت وادی سیر و سلوک، رزمندگان را در جایگاه سالکان و عارفان قرار می‌دهند. عارفان و سالکانی که حالات و مقامات و طی طریق آن‌ها با اسلاف پیشین خود البته تفاوت‌هایی هم دارد. شیوه و مسلک عرفانی آن‌ها، بسیار زودبازده، فشرده و پویاست. https://rl.shahed.ac.ir/article_3874_2ed80f6311c1825feb854d78fa969d34.pdf
