Ethical Charter Journal of Sacred Defense Literature

  All active members of the journal, including editor-in-chief, managing director, members of the editorial board, internal director, editor, judges, writers and publisher, are requested to respect the ethical principles of the journal and adhere to it, if the ethical principles of the journal are not observed. , The publication of the magazine will be cut off from any of the mentioned people.

1- Duties and responsibilities of the publisher

-All rights including printing, reproduction, copying, etc. are reserved for the publication of Holy Defense Literature. Individuals can use the content in their works by mentioning the source.

 - The journal has the right to reject, accept and edit, publish and reproduce articles.

- All personal information of the authors of the article will be confidential.

- Using the results of other people's research with the right referral will be acceptable.

- The result of the judging will be in a confidential publication, if necessary, the managing director, editor and members of the editorial board can decide on the result of the judging and

- In general, the agents and those involved in the publication will not have the right to exercise personal opinion and decide on articles.

- Printing an article does not mean that its contents are approved by the publication

2- Duties of the editor

- Responsible for any article published in the journal

- To try to meet the scientific needs of readers and writers.

- To strive for the scientific advancement of the journal.

- Maintain the integrity of the scientific and academic background of the journal.

- Avoid overshadowing moral and intellectual standards by financial needs.

- Editors should provide corrections, explanations, retrieval of articles if needed with interest.

- The editor must identify plagiarism, fraud and possible fraud.

 3- Duties of scientific teachers

     The scientific editors of the journal must keep the judged or non-judged articles confidential.

- Scientific professors and referees are responsible for deciding whether or not to publish an article.

- Scientific professors should not reveal the names of the judges.

Scientific scribes identify plagiarism, fraud, and possible fraud, and follow up on corrections, explanations, and withdrawals as needed.

4. Duties of judges

Quantitative, qualitative, content and scientific review of articles in order to improve the scientific promotion of the journal is the responsibility of the judges.

-Judges should judge articles based on scientific documents and arguments and avoid applying personal opinions, etc.

- The judges should send a detailed evaluation of the article and announce the strengths and weaknesses of the article to the editor.

Judges must be accountable, punctual, interested and committed to scientific ethics.

Judges should refrain from inserting information and details in articles for others

5-. Duties and obligations of authors

The responsible author should inform all the authors of the article about their position in the article and then send the article to the journal

- The author / authors are responsible for the accuracy and precision of the content of their articles.

- The author in charge of the article is obliged to ensure the personal and scientific information of all authors (after obtaining approval from the named).

- The author / authors are obliged to submit their articles to the journal with scientific accuracy, correct citation within the text, correct citation of sources, observance of fidelity in texts taken from others.

 - The author / authors do not have the right to submit the article before assigning it in any other publication inside or outside the country.

- The author / authors should be the presenter of the article and should refrain from using other people's research without mentioning the source in the article

- The author / authors, if they notice an error or carelessness in their article, should inform, or correct it or announce their cancellation.

- The author / authors should strictly refrain from any plagiarism, such as: using other people's articles in their own name or other people's personal ideas, even using another person's sentence or the sentences of their published articles, without mentioning the source.

- The author / authors, all the sources mentioned at the end, should also be mentioned in the text of the article.
